Over 30+ years of direct experience in Military, Law Enforcement, tactical operations, US State Department, US Homeland Security Anti-Terrorism Division, executive protection, industrial and commercial security, risk mitigation, risk management, and logistics operations. Extensive expertise in conducting personnel and asset protective operations in both CONUS and OCONUS. Experienced in conducting vulnerability assessments on critical infrastructure, high-profile events, and terrorism-based vulnerability assessments. US State Department experience includes High Threat Protection, PSD Operations, CONUS & OCONUS. US SOCOM Surveillance Detection Lead Instructor and developer. Developed procedures and planning for commercial and government clients, coordinating and conducting operations with commercial clients. Expert in electronic surveillance, surveillance detection, and counter-surveillance techniques. Certified expert witness in Local, State, and Federal Courts.
